Today, two generations of the Barry family ensure his legacy grows and continues on, constantly innovating and producing high-quality wines. Bright currant and dark cherry fruit is flanked by fine, savoury tannin, giving the palate both intensity and directive structure. This iconic Australian label is remarkably consistent. The 2012 offers juicy boysenberry, spice and meaty touches, and a medium-bodied, soft, juicy mouthful is trimmed in ripe tannins.All of our Museum Release wines are kept in a special vault with an environment that is both temperature and humidity controlled. The temperature is set to a constant 14 degrees – ideal for maturing wine. They are then tested regularly throughout the year, with each wine documented, marked for when it should be checked again and released at the optimal drinking age.

The mc2 is aclassic blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine structure with rich fruits of the forest and a harmonious tannin fingerprint. Merlot encourages softness and juiciness with bursts of ripe blueberries and fresh plum jam. Finally, the Cabernet Franc contributes juicy red currants and cinnamon. All of these flavours meld together to bring a complex and rounded palate, which finishes with soft tannins and chocolatey oak.

Produced from premium Shiraz grapes grown on Coonawarra's famous Terra Rossa soil, this well structured wine exhibits great depth and varietal flavours. This Redman Shiraz drinks well now but will reward 5-7 years cellaring.

Award winning winemaker, Jim Chatto is at the helm of this progressive winery and here he produces a Cabernet Sauvignon of upmost class and complexity. A nice nose of cassis and dark berries with a hint of oak, ripe rich fruit that fills the mouth with blackcurrants and soft tannins.

This Cabernet Shiraz blend from Majella, icons of Coonawarra, is all about bright youthful fruit. Made with little oak influence, the upfront mulberry and blackcurrant characters are supported by fine lingering tannins.
