The palate is dominated with boysenberries and black plum, perfectly balanced with generous silky tannins.

Red in colour, this is a fragrant and silky Pinot Noir wine with raspberry, cherry, vanilla, mixed spices and a mineral note. Its medium bodied but still very generous for Pinot Noir but very flavoursome and moreish. Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food, particularly a mushroom and parmesan tagliatelle.

A wine with the pizzazz of a unicorn, but the serious expression of a rhino it will charge the palate with a surprising blend of fresh red berry and plums with a savoury finish, dazzling not just to the eye but to every sense.
