Dense midnight black heart with a deep dark red black shaded hue. Pronounced dark plum aromas are followed by some liquorice and ripe blueberry scents with hints of vanillin cedar, fresh herb and peppered earth notes also present. Medium bodied the palate features juicy dark plum and red liquorice fruits over spicy vanillin cedar, infusions of fresh herbs and light pepper. Polished tannin structure finishing with a youthful freshness and mid length aftertaste. Drink over the next 5-6 years. Alc. 14%

The 2K20 GISA ARC Barossa Shiraz is a rich full flavoured wine with good intensity & power. It is medium bodied wine with generous, ripe fruit flavours, of blue berries, plum, black currant & liquorice. There are hints of vanilla bean and coconut derived from the American Oak with the balance in older French oak 60/40. True to its roots, it is a ripe, rich, full flavoured Barossa Shiraz. History will tell this will be a good vintage.

The Wise Wolf Shiraz is a brightly fruited and richly weighted wine with outstanding texture. It is a magenta red with lifted florals and red fruits on the bouquet accompanied by a sweet, fruity palate complimented by cinnamon and vanilla.

This full-bodied Barossa Shiraz showcases concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry flavours complemented with rich red fruits. Subtle hints of spice with smooth tannins and a long finish. Perfect with barbequed meats.

Derek’s 90’s love-affair with dance parties and techno music has inspired this range of red wines. The passion morphed with his school nickname Deadly Derek to became DJ Deadly. He used to make CD for friends with his best DJ mixes and signed them Mixed by DJ Deadly. Deep red with purple hues. The nose has wonderful lift of raspberry fruits, floral notes, choc mintand a herbal, menthol note. The medium to full bodied palate has juicy red fruits, blackcurrant, earthy, savoury notes and black olives. The oak has introduced a cedary, roasted meat character. Soft silky tannins define the mid palate and complement the vibrant and juicy fruit. It finishes long with berry fruit, fine tannins and cedary oak. Drink young while it is vibrant and fresh but will age in the medium term for up to ten years.
