Balnaves has always produced a a classically elegant Coonawarra Cabernet. Blackcurrant fruit, liquorice and mineral characters are enhanced by cedary French oak. Beautifully balanced with a long, textured finish.

This medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend from Jacob's Creek offers dark berry and chocolate flavours, with hints of spicy and soft vanillin oak.

Since the first release in 2002, Fraser Gallop Estate have gone from strength to strength, picking up a Jimmy Watson Medal along the way. From the Lake Breeze stable comes the Bullant which has blackcurrant, spice and coffee bean on the nose. Rich and warm yet medium weight on the palate with supple texture and a well balanced finish. Great drinking now and top value.

Vasse Felix produces fine Margaret River reds with great balance and style. This traditional blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon shows sweet mid-palate fruit with liquorice and spice and good tannin structure. Fantastic French oak integration enabling soft tannin complexity and a lovely length of flavour.
