A 100% rye made in Brunswick, Melbourne from all-Australian grain grown in the Mallee. Following double distillation the whisky is matured in a two-storey tall bespoke solera system composed of new American oak and x Australian wine barrels.

Crystal clear with a pale pink blush. Sweet and perfumed - sort of in the Old Tom style. Pleasing scents of candied citrus peel combine with hints of anise, ginger, coriander, juniper and pine sap. A creamy entry leads into a semi-sweet mid palate featuring citrus peel, hints of juniper and pepper. Concludes drier with a juniper and pepper aftertaste followed by a brisk grapefruit like fade. It can be served as an aperitif served with Tonic water or added to specific cocktails.

Brunswick Aces Spades Gin is savoury and fresh, leading with notes of green cardamom, parsley and pepper berry, beautifully balanced by sweet citrus and native Australian lemon myrtle.

Brunswick Aces Diamonds Gin, our latest alcoholic expression, is a citrus-forward blend of premium botanicals, perfect for when you're looking for something fresh and light to sip on. Diamonds blend is zesty and floral, leading with notes of native desert lime and lemon, it is perfectly balanced by savoury sage and juniper, with angelica root rounding out the palate. Best enjoyed with tonic or soda to release the layers of citrus and floral aromas, and also acts as a strong base for a range of fresh cocktails. The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 100% Australian Mallee Rye, grown in one of the driest regions of the driest country in the world. We use 100% rye mash - double distilled and then aged for at least two years in new American Oak barrels in Melbourne, Australia.
