The finish is long and with classic merlot fine grain tannins from 18 months maturation in French Oak. The fruit parcels used to craft Bremerton Racy Rose was picked, gently pressed, and fermented under cool conditions to retain desired fruit colours and flavours. This pretty, salmon pink-hued wine is a fusion of Shiraz grapes with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The exquisite bouquet gives off scintillating aromas which intermix with juicy and savoury fruit flavours on the lively and textural palate, to culminate in a fine, dry and captivating finish.
