This stunning Riesling from the West is all limes and citrus with great length and depth of flavour. The only problem with this wine is there is never enough to go around.

This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

The palate exudes fleshy primary fruits, layered with nutmeal, lemon butter and brioche. A chalky, mineral texture and fresh citrus acidity continues the bounce.

A sophisticated chardonnay based on some exceptional fruit and the deft subtle hand of the winemaker. Love that minerally fine palate with its penetrating full ripe but controlled structure and depth. Pink grapefruit and pears mingle with white stone fruits. Seamless cashew oak integration finishes with mouth-watering acidity.

Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.
