Isle of Harris Gin
Nestled high in Scotland's Outer Hebrides, the Isle of Harris Distillery welcomes all with a sense of adventure. They are known as 'The Social Distillery', an ethos which embraces the generous character of the island and the people who live there. The award-winning Isle of Harris Gin is the distillery's inaugural spirit release. Every drop is distilled in Tarbert in their small copper gin still, known affectionately as 'The Dottach' after a similarly fiery and feisty local woman. Made with 9 carefully chosen botanicals: Local hand-harvested Sugar Kelp, Macedonian Juniper Berries, English Coriander Seed, Cubebs / Javan Pepper, Bitter Orange Peel, Angelica Root, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Liquorice On The NoseA well-defined juniper note with pine needles, immediately followed by the fresh citrus notes of bitter orange, lime and grapefruit. Develops a complex floral note of rose and wallflowers with crushed green herbs, coriander and gooseberry all underpinned by mixed spice. Sugar kelp adds to the complexity and richness and gives a dry maritime note. On The PalateRefreshing gin with good balance between the bitter juniper and pine and the sweet fruit flavours of mango, grapefruit and orange. A green herb flavour has developed of crushed coriander. Distinctive and smooth with a dry, flinty taste. On The FinishOverall a long, clean finish. As the juniper and citrus fade away, sweet vanilla and black pepper remain with a gentle reminder of the sea.
GlenDronach 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Gwalarn: The First Celtic Blend After creating two prestigious single malts (Kornog and Glann Ar Mor), Celtic Whisky Distillerie has developed its first blend, born from the blending of whiskies of Celtic origin. Like its single malt predecessors, this blend bears a Breton name that evokes its character, Gwalarn or “North-West Wind”. The French distillery in Côtes-d’Armor intends to bring fresh air to the world of blended whiskies. The innovative blend designed by the cellar master, Aël Guégan, and by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, founder of Maison Villevert, unites for the best, the complexity of a Scotch whisky, the character of a German whiskey and the peat of Kornog, titled single malt from Celtic Whiskey Distillery. The result is striking in its balance and complexity. Gwalarn presents itself on the nose with elegance. The notes of cereals, ripe fruit and vanilla are clear, with a peaty background reminiscent of Kornog. The palate is energetic and fruity, with lingering vanilla notes. The peaty, salty finish is particularly full and even. Such complexity and balance distinguish Gwalarn from the best premium blended whiskies. Johnnie Walker Aged 18 Years has rich sweet fruit aromas along with toffee caramel, vanilla and a hint of smoke. Its warming and sweet on the palate with dark fruits, malty cereal, smooth creamy vanilla, fragrant almonds and tangerines, and a gentle smoke developing. Our Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson hand selected whisky from three different cask types - refill, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned and first fill ex-bourbon - until he found just the right recipe for this effortlessly delightful dram. A bottling that's a perfect introduction for those who are new to single malts, the Singlton of Dufftown Malt Master's Selection was created by The Singleton master of malts Craig Wilson. Matured in a combination of refill, Sherry and Bourbon casks, with a greater proportion of refill to allow ‘the sweet yet refined distillery character to shine through’. The whisky, bottled at 40% abv, promises a ‘slightly sweeter’ take on the classic Speyside style used by the Singleton of Dufftown 12 Year Old. It's full on fragrant fresh fruit, rich honey and mellow vanilla, followed by juicy pear, sweet spice and the tingling warmth of white pepper. The silky smooth Single Malt is made to be enjoyed.
Fettercairn 12 Year Old Single Malt
A revitalised Fettercairn, focusing on the distillery’s fruity character. Matured in ex-bourbon casks for 12 years, this is packed with tropical flavour without losing the distillery’s weightiness and gentle gingery spice.Nose: Candied lemon and pineapple, butter icing and a hint of mint. A touch of meatiness sits right at the back, giving the dram some weight. The sweetness builds and orchard fruit develops along with vanilla, milk chocolate and some green leaves. A thread of fruitiness runs through the middle.Palate: Soft and rounded, with gentle spice, milk chocolate and sweet cream leading. Fresh pineapple notes are balanced by fresh oak, with damp oak and damp leaves following. Cinnamon, candied ginger and nutmeg develop, along with a touch of creamy coffee.Finish: Vanilla cream, chocolate and coffee fade to leave menthol and crunchy apples.
