George Wyndham was one of the founding fathers of the Australian wine industry after planting the first commercial vineyard in 1830. He named his 'signature' Durif The Black Duck, and has so far added a White Duck and a Pink Duck to the rabge, making this Purple Duck the fourth member of a very popular family.
