Penfolds Bin 407 began life back in 1993 with the release of the 1990 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. With over 33% more wine than a normal bottle, Hardys have made a Chardonnay with ripe fruit aromas of peach and melon. Round and flavoursome on the palate with a touch of oak and appealing freshness on the finish.

Hardys have produced an easy drinking Cabernet, with attractive soft berry flavours which flow easily across the palate and gentle tannins on the finish. Bottled in the larger format 1L bottles, there's now more to go around!
