Harvested in the middle of the night, Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Shiraz Rosé is bursting with ripe, berry fruit, almost like biting into a fresh, summertime raspberry! Picked in the early hours to capture the freshest flavours and acidity, this Rosé has lovely spice and quince with a resounding long, full-fruited finish.

Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.
