The wine itself has honeydew melon notes with a real citrus blossom lift. The long, engaging palate has a real zest to it with a fine acid backbone treating the drinker with a long, crisp finish.

Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Shiraz
From a fantastic vintage in the Hunter Valley, the Tyrrell's Wines Shiraz 2014 has been crafted in a distinctive Hunter Burgundy style by red winemaker Mark Richardson. In the glass: Medium density red.On the nose: Black cherry, plum, earth, leather and pepper.On the palate: Unashamedly medium weight and very savoury with a fine, velvety texture showing red and black fruit flavours with earth and spice elements, fine tannins and a persistent finish. The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.

Audrey Wilkinson Tempranillo
With a history dating back to 1866 when Frederick Wilkinson first planted vineyards in the Pokolbin area in New South Wales' Hunter Valley. Now nurtured by the Agnew family, Audrey Wilkinson produce varietal of definition and class. Their Tempranillo is 100% hand-picked and sees 14 months in new and old French oak. The result is a fresh and vibrant Tempranillo true to the varietal's Spanish roots with dark berry fruit prominent. A consistent and appealing acid structure and tannin backbone give the wine a real touch of class.
Margan White Label Chardonnay
Fermentation in new French oak barriques using natural yeast provided Margan White Label Chardonnay its pale lemon colour. The wine's bouquet is a compilation of white nectarine, grapefruit, struck match and cedar spice aromas. The palate of this modern Australian Chardonnay is lush with flavours of green apple, white peach and flint. Subtle influences of oak and sharp acidity give line and length to the finish. This white varietal can be enjoyed with crispy pork belly or mushroom risotto.
Three Ponds Neptune Sparkling
Aroma/Palate: Made from the classic Hunter white varieties semillon (70%) and chardonnay (30%). The semillon provides great freshness with its citrus acidity, while the chardonnay lends this wine a wonderful balance and fullness on the palate.
