Grown in the cool climate of Tumbarumba, the variety expresses honeysuckle and peppery notes. Wonderfully aromatic and textural.

The Viognier was hand harvested from our vineyard out near Wombat.The wine has zesty fresh characteristics with a palate situated somewhere between that of a Chardonnay and a Semillon.

Fresh pears golden and nashi, jasmine flowers, white peach and a wet grass, earthy aspect. The palate starts broad and soft then turns quite angular and grippy on the back palate. More tart apples and lemon on the palate to contrast with the pears, the acid is firm but not over the top giving a great long finish.

Lovely natural acids in the 2024 fruit just called for a half dry Riesling. Still very crisp, with generous fruit line. Think spicy food or great with my all-time favourite - cheese
