Hungerford Hill Pinot Grigio

Lerida Estate Pinot Grigio

42 Degrees South Pinot Grigio

The wine displays very distinctive fresh pears aromas complemented by light tropical notes. The palate is rich and luscious with delicate fruity flavours, perfectly balanced. From the premium Coal River Valley in Tasmania.

Corte Giara Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC

Straw yellow in colour. Light and delicate on the nose, characterised by a subtle elegant floral nuance followed by hints of golden delicious apples and distinctive vegetal notes. Dry and medium-bodied, the palate faithfully reflects the nose, being tangy and satisfying, while at the same time simple and exceedingly enjoyable

Nick Spencer Hilltops Pinot Gris

The Pinot Gris displays ripe pear and stone fruit characters along with subtle white flower aromas. The palate is rich and intense but balanced with refreshing acidity and a long finish. Perhaps the most versatile of any wine when it comes to matching with food. Thanks, this style of Pinot Gris lends itself to Asian cuisine such as curries, stirfry’s, noodles, dumplings etc.Producing award winning wines for nearly two decades, Nick’s passion and remarkable talent for considered, quality wines is evident in every bottle. Passionate about the beautiful NSW regions of Gundagai and Tumbarumba. His winemaking expertise have been widely recognised by the industry, in 2009 Nick was honoured to win the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy.

HALF DRY RIESLING

Lovely natural acids in the 2024 fruit just called for a half dry Riesling. Still very crisp, with generous fruit line. Think spicy food or great with my all-time favourite - cheese

Babo Pinot Grigio

The fruit was entirely hand-harvested and allowed 6 hours skin contact in the press before fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to maximise fruit expression. This wine shows all the hallmarks of easy-going, classic Italian Pinot Grigio; subtle grapefruit and underlying floral and spice notes on the nose followed by citrus and peach flavours bound together by a tight minerality.

Kumeu River Pinot Gris

This is a very fine Gris. Its elegant nose shows hints of citrus, grapefruit, musk and apricot while on the palate the wine is structured and remarkably tight with mineral characteristics supporting rich, tropical fruit. The acid is very fresh and the length impeccable.

Amisfield Pinot Gris

This exceptional Pinot Gris from Amisfield shows pronounced aromatics of roasting quince, bees wax and orange blossom. The palate is broad, complex, rich and textured while remaining elegant, with a dry finish.

Rabbit Ranch Pinot Gris

Pale straw coloured with a nose of sweet pear, apple and lifted spices such as lemon grass. A great mouth feel that is crisp and dry with minerality running through it. Seafood anyone?.
