Onannon Mornington Pinot Gris

The fruit for this Onannon Mornington Pinot Gris was handpicked and pressed immediately into the tank. It is then settled overnight and racked to both tank and old barrels. A cool fermentation took place over two months during which the wine was stirred regularly to increase texture. Resulting in wine with great aromas such as ripe pears, mixed stone fruits with hints of cooked green apple in the background. It then leads to a full flavoured, textured palate with a delightful finish.

Lethbridge Geelong Pinot Gris

Peregrine Pinot Gris

Peregrine's Pinot Gris serves up some interest that goes beyond New Zealand's most famous white variety. Instead of kiwifruit and gooseberries, savour Pinot Gris' poached pears and red apples. There's some crisp acidity hiding in the back that keeps the palate fresh, with some mealy texture providing a nice mouthfeel.

Cannibal Creek Pinot Noir

Cannibal Creek Pinot Noir showcases a bright ruby red colour with light purple shades lurking throughout. This elegant Pinot Noir flaunts scintillating aromas and lively flavours of cherries and violets. Earthy and mineral notes combine with these beautiful characters, culminating the wine in a complex, dense and persistent finish. This dazzling red wine tastes great with grilled sausages, spinach pie and beef stew.

Hakkaisan Happo Nigori Sparkling Japanese Sake

It is refreshingly sour and aromatic and yet clean and crispy, and carbonated Sake Bubbles stimulates your taste spots.

Louis Bouillot Perle d’Aurore Rose de Presse

With a crisp pink color, this wine offers a gentle balance between acidulated aromas with notes of white blossom and small red fruit like raspberry and redcurrant. Its fine bubbles promise a delightful roundness in the mouth, which reveals all the subtlety of Pinot Noir. Underscored by a pleasant vivacity and sustained fruit, Perle d'Aurore is a delicate Crémant de Bourgogne that can be drunk in any circumstances.
