Peter Lehmann Shiraz is always a reliable Barossa Shiraz. The nose offers lashings of dark plum with an underlay of dusted chocolate and the palate is brimming with rich fruit flavours restrained by soft fine grained tannins.

d'Arenberg The Footbolt Shiraz is a firm favourite with many McLaren Vale Shiraz lovers and for good reason. This is another great example of the rich, full-bodied style with aromas of ripe blackberry and spice that mingle with minty peppery notes. The palate is full-flavoured, supple in texture with a velvety finish.

This medium bodied wine has ripe, juicy, raspberry and red berry fruit flavours with a hint of pepper and spice with sleek tannins, giving it a smooth finish with good length.

Cat Amongst The Pigeons Shiraz certainly does it's name justice with a Shiraz that serves it up to the all the favourite heavy hitting Shiraz on the shelves. With an alluring nose of pepper, blueberry, and blackberry, this Barossa Valley beauty has layers of flavour, ripe fruit, excellent balance, and enough structure to evolve for a few years.

The Kirrihill Regional Range Shiraz is a bright and lively Shiraz with lifted aromas of blackberry and white pepper. Rich, generous and spicy, this exuberant young red that has a left a trail of gold medals and trophies is great to drink now and as its inherant value-for-money it is brilliant.

Michel Chapoutier has been able to do it again! A savoury masterpiece from the southern Rhône appellation of Luberon. A spicy blend of Grenache and Syrah that displays intense varietal characters of nutmeg and black pepper. The palate, while medium-bodied, is quite forceful with robust flavours of blueberry and blackberry fruits. Great use of older oak has also assisted this Luberon be a brilliant follow on from the every popular Chapoutier Côteaux-du-Tricastin.

This Cabernet Shiraz blend from Majella, icons of Coonawarra, is all about bright youthful fruit. Made with little oak influence, the upfront mulberry and blackcurrant characters are supported by fine lingering tannins.

This is a wine of intense blackberry fruit, dark chocolate and spice on the nose and palate. The fine tannins, acids and excellent fruit weight will ensure excellent mid term cellaring with the added bonus of no preservatives for those who are sensitive to sulphur.

Mainstay of the big Barossa red wine, Grant Burge produces a South Australian Shiraz with a slightly different angle. A luscious, yet delicately sweet fruited Shiraz with trademark flavours of red currant, ripe cherry and strawberry notes. In balance tannins and acid give a quite mellow mouthfeel that is perfectly suited a wide array of cuisine.

This is a vibrant red wine, with flavours of rich red and dark berry fruit. The finish is soft with vanilla oak and fine tannins creating good balance and length.
