Aromas of gooseberry, green capsicum and citrus culminates in a zesty palate that displays tropical fruit flavours of pineapple and kiwi fruit that persists with tingly acidity and a lingering finish.

It has the tannin structure and the fruit of a world class Cabernet Sauvignon.

This Sauvignon Blanc hails from our cool-climate southern Coonawarra vineyard. The wine is spritely with spring blossom, lime zest and juicy white nectarine. This wine has lifted and passionfruit, guava and fresh citrus balanced by bright aromas of spring jasmine and fresh-cut lime, along with a delicate and focused palate of white nectarine and grapefruit. These flavours meld together beautifully with a very finely textured mouthfeel and crisp lime finish.

Wise Wolf Limestone Coast Chardonnay displays a wonderful bouquet of white stone fruits, green melon and nougat. The palate is a smooth mix of white peaches, nutty flavours followed by a gentle vanilla oak.

This Sauvignon Blanc displays characters of fragrant lemon and lime, intense white peach and stone fruits with gentle hints of wild flowers. Fresh fleshy passionfruit, nectarine and citrus flavours are complemented by textured and subtle fruity acidity and a crisp dry finish.

Colour : Pale Straw. Aroma : Freshly cut apple and pear with hints of baking spices. Palate : Light but lively with tropical notes and freshness.

Melon, apples and a hint of grapefruit on the nose. The palate is rich, full of flavour, more peach and spice. Lovely length and balance.

The follow up vintage to the Trophy-winning 2019, and one that clearly shares the same DNA and class. Its richness will please those that prefer a traditional style.Pale and bright.
