One of the very few examples of Carignan produced in Australia. This is the first release of this wine from Hither & Yon and it's really approachable already.Bright purple in the glass. Perfumed nose of black cherry, plum and black pepper. Light to medium weight with a fresh core of fleshy black fruits and tart red berries with good balance of acid and tannin crunch. An excellent young-drinker.

The 22 degree Halo is a 'stepping stone' wine, brining together grape varieties that originate from cooler regions of Europe with climate-adaptive grape varieties such as Lambrusco and Montepulciano, which have forged a reputation of making great red wines in Australia's warm and dry climate. The vision of this wine is to introduce 'YOU' to climate adaptive grape varieties through the blend of grape varieties.

Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. Complex bouquet with lots of red fruits. Full bodied, soft, quite tannic and harmonious. Ready to drink. Excellent with rich first courses, red meat, game and medium seasoned cheeses.

Varietal - 100% Pinot Nero Region - Lake Garda It is clear and clean light bright pink. Strawberry and cherry fruits with floral notes on the nose. On the palate we find the same aromas of the nose, high acidity and a fine, elegant but long lasting bubbles. Food pairing - A versatile and easily combinable bubbles. Perfect with fish dishes and aperitifs.

Ruby Red. Fresh on the nose, with notes of berries and cherries. Pleasant on the palate, with echoes of the aromas of red fruits which balance the salinity and tannins in this wine. Cantina Vallebelbo is located in Piemonte, in the small village of Santo Stefano Belbo, between the provinces of Cuneo and Asti. The name of the winery is inspired by the river Belbo that runs through the valley. Over the centuries, the river has shaped the surrounding hills, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014. Very bright crimson red color, with intense aromas of redcurrants and complex notes of dusty baked earth. Very juicy berries on the palate with sweet, plump red fruits on the mid-palate in particular, supported by floral notes and prominent but refined Nebbiolo tannins. An excellent, well-priced introduction to this classic Italian variety.

Garnet red. Intense and persistent, fruity with a winy note and wood flavour. A medium bodied wine, goodmtannins, balanced and ready to drink. Excellent with all the typical courses of Italian traditional cooking, with meat and baked fish.
