A celebration of one of Abbey Estate’s finest blocks; the Cabernet fruit for this wine was first planted in 1995, our team fell in love with the quality of the grapes ten years ago and so crafted the first Block 95. We’ve been making it ever since. Dark red with purple hues. Aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, bramble, and dried herbs. Palate of persistent black fruit with subtle leaf and herbal undertones. Serious character with notable length and structure.

One of the benchmark wines to come out of the Coonawarra, the Penfolds Bin 128 is a delightful cool-climate shiraz. Matured in French Oak, with flavours of white pepper and floral spice, the 2014 Bin 128 is a rich and full-bodied Shiraz.

V&A Lane Shiraz showcases a contrasting wine style from one of the most beloved grape varietals. A purposely early harvest to highlight a fresh red fruit spectrum, naturally lower alcohol, whole bunch inclusion, wild ferments, and the use of larger oak for maturation are just some of the techniques employed to make these beautiful food friendly wines. Bright cherry and blueberry complement more savoury elements of stalks, pastry, and spice. There is a light yet expansive quality to the palate. Named after the famed Johann Gramp's grandson, Hugo, this is the very best Cabernet Sauvignon in the stable. From the very best sites in the region of Coonawarra, this wine shows classic regional mint and blackcurrant on the nose with a silky supple palate, elegant fruit characters, toasty oak and long, fine tannins.

Deep crimson in colour with aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and graphite, layered with hints of cedar and tobacco. The palate is powerful yet refined, showing concentrated black fruit, fine-grained tannins, and balanced acidity. Long, elegant finish with notes of dark chocolate and subtle spice, promising excellent cellaring potential.

Dense, but fresh. An elegant expression of Coonawarra Cabernet. Aromatics of anise, mulberry and violet. There’s luscious black liquorice on the palate with layers and layers of silky mouth-coating tannins and a real finesse to the palate shape.
