This delicious Graperuit-Cello Gin Liqueur is made in a lemoncello style. It is intentionally made not too sweet with an edge of bitter, to be true to the fruit. Yellow grapefruit peel is steeped in the gin, then balanced by just the right amount of sugar. It is perfect served as a short G&T, to retain some of the bitterness, and garnished with a slice of blood orange or a piece of orange peel.

We macerate and boil the traditional botanicals while using the vapour-infused method for the Australian botanicals. This helps to balance a traditional gin base with the intensity of local botanical flavours. This unique Australian gin was recently recognised on the world stage, receiving a silver medal at the prestigious London Spirits Competition 2021.
