Our peated grain is sourced from Bairds Maltings in Scotland – renowned for supplying many of the peated whisky distillery icons. This release represents our passion to continuously craft world class peated single malt whiskies of incredible distinction and quality. A gently, but distinctly peated whisky with a blended mash bill of unpeated Tasmanian malted barley and traditionally peated malt, aged for seven years in first fill American Oak ex-Bourbon casks. A “gateway” peated single malt - luring in many who, until trying it, thought they did not like peated whisky.

Geometric Cape Dry Gin
Geometric is an unapologetically a bold juniper and coriander gin. Along with subtle Cape Malay style cinnamon, cardamom and clove lined with the earthy indigenous buchu and Cape snowbush.Botanicals are bound together with Cape brandy, a masterfully textured spirit which gives this gin its uniquely rich and round profile. Prominent juniper and earth notes followed by subtly spiced citrus. Juniper, Cape snowbush and clove interlace around the soft-edged texture of the spirit. Cardamom and coriander pull the spirit to the back of the palate for a surprisingly long finish. Its length and texture making it ideal for a martini, its prominent juniper beautiful in a Geometric Gin and Tonic.
Lobo Apple Brandy
Lobo Cider started with some of their lovely cider, a conversation with a renowned whiskey maker, and a bit of dreaming. Sometime later with cider double distilled in the copper pot, then aged in French oak barrels for three years, and careful blending, they are proud to release a superb South Australian Apple Brandy. In France apple brandy is known as Calvados. You can call this one Lobodos! Twice the wolf.
Mars Wa Bi Damask Rose Gin
Floral and aromatic on the nose, fresh and soft texture with delicate sweetness, and an elegant crisp finish.The key botanicals apart from juniper berries for this gin (green tea, shiso and ginger) are grown locally in Kagoshima Prefecture in South Japan on the island of Kyushu. The original gin is blended with beautiful rose water which is made with organic and local Damask rose flower, which is considered the queen of roses.

Willie Smith's Tasmanian Apple Brandy
Tasmanian style apple brandy!The still is a Charentais alembic still, the design used in Normandy (France) to produce Calvados Pays d'Auge. The Charentais alembic still was designed in the early 16th century in the Cognac region of France where it is still used for fine Cognac production. They produce an aged apple brandy from their still, in the same style as Calvados. They also produce a lighter apple spirit, Charles Oates Apple Blanco, a delicately flavoured spirit.After patient ageing in ex-fortified wine barrels, casks are carefully selected and blended to produce an elegant and outstanding spirit that shows layers of baked apple, sweet caramel and fruit cake aromatics. Smooth and persistent, this brandy creates a unique opportunity for the inspired craft spirits drinker to expand their repertoire. Enjoy as a digestif or with matured cheese or rich dessert.
Hartshorn Gin Sheep Whey
The aim with this Gin was to only use Tas native botanicals. I discovered some very impressive native berries, leaves and seeds however they could only be wild harvested which meant I could not get enough quantity to make it practical enough for an ongoing production. I have still been able to use some Tasmanian native botanicals however I have now broadened the list to only Australian native botanicals (plus the Juniper). Iam using 6 Native Australian botanicals with 3 of them never used before in any other Gin.All of my botanicals are vapour infused which is a technique not used too often with Australian Gins. Vapour infusion (as opposed to steeped) will give the Gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet. My Gin is designed to smell beautiful. There will be delicate petal and citrus aromas with a hint of cut hay.
