La Trappe is the only Trappist beer located outside of Belgium and is only one of the seven still producing Trappist beers today. The Blond is a golden blond beer that combines the Trappist fermentation process to produce an aromatic, fruity and fresh aroma. The flavour may be described as light malty and slightly sweet. Blonde style from Belgium, beautiful fruit on the palate finishing clean and crisp. La Chouffe is an unfiltered blonde beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander, and with a light hop taste.
