Mount Pleasant Elizabeth continues to be an all time favourite of not only Semillon lovers, but affordable dry white lovers across the board. With it's golden hue with a green tinge and baked apple with hints of toastiness on the nose. Citrus flavours of lemon and lime and a buttery texture with good length and crispness on the finish. A portion of the wine was fermented with indigenous wild strains of yeast and this was blended with traditional barrel fermented and lees-stirred components. The result is a multi-layered wine in the traditional opulent Bunnamagoo style.

It's a bit of a mouthful to pronounce, but this stunning Hunter Valley Chardonnay has subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. A rich fruit palate combines with the creamy texture from time in French oak, finishing with lingering peach flavours. A perfect example of modern Hunter Chardonnay.

Fermentation in new French oak barriques using natural yeast provided Margan White Label Chardonnay its pale lemon colour. The wine's bouquet is a compilation of white nectarine, grapefruit, struck match and cedar spice aromas. The palate of this modern Australian Chardonnay is lush with flavours of green apple, white peach and flint. Subtle influences of oak and sharp acidity give line and length to the finish. This white varietal can be enjoyed with crispy pork belly or mushroom risotto.

The grapes used to craft this wine were hand-picked in late January from Majors Lane Vineyard. De Iuliis Single Vineyard Semillon is a pale lime green-hued wine with an alcohol level of 10.5%. The lifted nose exudes floral and zesty citrus aromas while the palate is crisp and clean with citrus flavours, balanced by an innate mineral acidity that leads to a lingering finale. With a cellaring potential till 2021, this vibrant wine is a great match for seafood and roasted chicken with orange and thyme.
