Montgravet Sauvignon Blanc

The Montgravet brand is a tribute to the special terroirs from which our winemakers have sourced this top-quality wine. Mainly situated on south exposed gentle slopes, called Mont, they benefit from the warm sun, while the mists from the sea bring cooler winds. These specific vines were planted on clay soils mostly made of pebbles, called Gravet and their roots go deep into the ground to find water, enhancing the elegance of the wine.

The Flying Winemaker Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes:The Flying Winemaker Sauvignon Blanc is, in all essence of the word, lively. It's aromatically dynamic with bursts of gooseberry, white peach, green fig and a subtle grassiness - a tantalising bouquet that grants a captivating experience. Upon each sip, youll be greeted by a wine that is energetic and crisp with concentrated tropical flavours that lead to a long, vibrant and salivating acidity that is tightly wound and intensely structured.Winemaker's Notes:This wine is curated from younger vine parcels that are varietally expressive and able to sing the right notes of Pinot Noir characteristics. We look for lots of dark plum and cherry notes, which aren't masked with oak, to show off dark and wildly fruity flavours that are plush on the palate with silky tannins. Our key to the success of this range is simplicity and honesty. We're not trying to reinvent the wheel, we're sticking with what works to make this wine taste awesome. The Range:Winemaking without borders while ultimately aiming to express the honest flavours of individual grape varietals. Each wine produced under this range is a benchmark example of grape, place, and maker. With an ambitious and pioneering spirit, we thrive on discovering and expressing the finest terroir getting the best from every grape with minimal intervention. The results are exceptional wines, crafted with passion and precision so you too can experience the journey, one sip at a time!

The Lone Quince SBS

Grape Varieties: sauvignon blanc 72%; semillon 28% No surprises with the colour Pale yellow with green edges. Hallmark citrus and grass / nettle-driven aromatics theres a tease of white stone fruits but unmistakably the classic MR Blend. The palate shows balance concentration of ripe fruit and more than a little texture. I wont wax lyrical as it doesnt command that style of critique. Everything in its right place its a lovely glass of wine.
