Kizakura Junmai Daiginjo S
Kizakura S Junmai Daiginjo has a gorgeous incense like a fruit and a flavour of the original rice. It is used 100% of Kyoto 's famous water "Fushimizu" and the best brewing suitable rice "Yamada Nishiki". Rice-polishing ratio up to 50%, ferment at low temperature of 10 degrees Celsius slowly and carefully for a long term. Having both gorgeous fragrance and good taste, it's compatible with a dishes that make use of the taste of materials and the dish of simple seasoning.
Konishi Kokuagari Junmai Sake
One of the most iconic sake labels, it is brewed using classic koji and delivers a texture and aroma that is rich and dense. Namazume means one time pasteurised which contributes to the full-body of this sake and the distinct flavour of the high- quality rice. It exhibits fragrant aromas of fruit and flowers with a dash of green apple and stone fruit that follow through to the palate. Pair it with agedashi tofu.
Akashi-Tai Siraume Ginjo Umeshu
This is a special umeshu or plum liqueur because it steeps the ume plum in premium Ginjo sake made from Yamada Nishiki rice. The ume is steeped in the sake for six months then left to age for a further two years after the fruit is removed. The final liqueur is complex and finishes rich and long with characters of prune, honey and almond.
Shunnoten Junmai Ginjo Sake
The label of this super-premium sake features the warbler that sings in February when it is icy cold, a time when quality sake in Japan is produced. The nose sings of fruit and flower aromas while the palate is a complex fusion of sweet sour and a pleasant taste of Japanese plum on the finish.
Choga Han Chung Premium Korean Sake
Han cheong Cheongju was first introduced in 2019. It goes well with the unique spicy and sweet taste of Korean food and especially goes well with Korean barbecue. Served Chilled.
Chiebijin Kimoto Junmai Ichidohire
Brewed with "kimoto preparation" that allows you to enjoy the "gentle sweetness and beautiful acidity" of chiebijin at room temperature, lukewarm, and hot sake, which is also the real pleasure of Japanese sake. Even though it has a beautiful taste, you can feel the depth, and the umami and sourness increase the deliciousness when warmed.
Chiebijin Junmai Premium
Chiebijin is brewed by Nakano Shuzo in Oita Prefecture. It is the most standard Junmai sake. It has a soft, gentle Sweetness and clean acidity. Nakano were aiming to create a reasonably priced, delicious junmai sake. It is a well-balanced sake that can be enjoyed on its own or as a mid-meal sake with a wide range of appetizers, sashimi, and grilled dishes.
Oimatsu Rien Nashi Liqueur
This nashi pear liqueur is made from 100% Hita pears produced in Hita, Oita Prefecture.
