Pierro Chardonnay

Margaret River is a world renowned Chardonnay producing region and Pierro can rightfully stake a claim as to why. Incredibly complex, it is a tangle of fine-boned acid, lees complexity, pristine fruit and the most detailed use of good quality oak. Extremely enjoyable now, but will benefit from short to medium term cellaring.

Cape Mentelle Cabernet Sauvignon

Cape Mentelle's Cabernet Sauvignon under the guidance of Rob Mann has become one of Australia's most prestigious Cabernet's. Sourced from what many believe to be the true home to Cabernet in Australia, the Margaret River, Cape Mentelle produce a wine that has a plush full-flavoured palate of concentrated blackcurrants and mulberries with a minerally spine. Richly textured and vibrant the palate finishes long with fine yet firm gravelly tannins. A superb candidate for some medium to long term cellaring.

Optimus "The Terraces" Chardonnay

TASTING Apricots and white blossom teeming, with subtle white peach. Integrated oak supporting the poise and class of the fruit. Elegant, pretty and classy, yet substantial. A wonderful core of citrus fruits bringing refreshment and length. Great balance and complexity. WINEMAKING We set out to make the best Chardonnay we could. Fruit sourced from the best parts of our vineyard, and treated with respect. We let the wine speak for itself with wild fermentation and maturation in French oak, and assisted it with regular lees stirring and topping. A reflection of the region.

Underwraps Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

This elegant Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon displays classic aromas of cassis, cedar wood and tobacco leaf with subtle earthy notes. Fine and velvety tannins combine to the fleshy palate seamlessly to deliver a detailed expression of Cabernet that is both full and persistent.Unfined and unfiltered, this is a pure expression of place with balance and integrity.

Pierro Reserve Cabernet Merlot

Winemaking Hand-picked, hand-sorted, gently de-stemmed and berry sorted. Small, separate-batch ferments. Matured for 18 months in French oak and 50% new barrels. Only the 10 finest barrels selected for the final blend.

Moss Wood Amy's

Moss Wood Amy's is a bold blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. Deep brick-red coloured, the wine looks bright when poured into a glass. Its nose gives off lifted aromas of mulberries and blackcurrants. These dark fruit scents are followed by white pepper, complex cedar & tarry notes, coupled with musky perfumes. The palate is dominated by juicy blackberry and red currant flavours that are accompanied by well-balanced acidity and firm tannins. This impressively structured wine pairs best with beef and venison dishes.

Voyager Estate Chardonnay

Voyager have really moved their Chardonnay into the top tier in recent vintages. It displays the richness, complexity and structure that compares with the region's best. Should age very well.

Leeuwin Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Langton's Classification: Outstanding

A concentrated dark fruit spectrum with an abundance of ripe blackcurrants, cherries and a hint of cassis. Coffee bean, dark chocolate and black olives lie beneath. Subtle dustiness combines with a seductive violet lift, enhancing the varietal fragrance and increasing complexity. A dense and layered palate with incredible texture. The generosity of the palate is carefully laced with a fine and structural acid line. Dark cherries and currants weave through smokey and mocha notes, finishing with long tactile tannins.

Domaine Naturaliste Le Naturaliste Cabernet Franc

Subtle threads of violets, cherry blossom and fresh juniper berries serve as highlights to an ample tapestry of black plums, cacao nib and ironstone. Sheer textures of crushed granite and black cherry skin are laced with porcelain tannin and quenching natural acidity.
