Lark Sláinte Single Malt Whisky Liqueur (slon- cha; Gaelic= to your good health) was developed by the Lark Distillery after strong demand for a unique Australian Single Malt Whisky Liqueur. Sláinte is a marriage of premium mature Single Malt Whisky, with a unique distilled spirit of herbs and spices, produced in smaller copper pot stills. Nose: Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts. Palate: Honey and creamy vanilla come to the fore with light oak spices that are all followed by the zesty citrus peel. A deliciously drinkable whiskey.
