Even our labels are printed using organic recycled paper made from crushed barley. We select our barley from local producers to reduce our impact on the planet. We use the river next door for our water consumption and try to give back to our surrounding environment as much as we can.

Glasgow Blend from Compass Box Whisky was inspired by historical references that Glaswegians have long preferred bigger, smokier whiskies. Full, rich and smoky on the palate, this whisky unites the spice and fruitcake-like notes of Sherry cask ageing with the maritime punch of Islay malt whisky. The 20CL taster bottle of our 2019 Release Single Malt comes beautifully packaged in a presentation box, illustrated with the art piece, titled ' St Andrews' by Hilke MacIntyre. Hilke is a specialist in linocutting: a traditional and highly skilled craft, derived from woodcutting: the oldest printmaking technique. Woodcutting has been the inspiration behind all Eden Mill illustrations in our branding, so Hilke’s unique style and process was a perfect fit for our 2019 Release. Her work aligns perfectly with Eden Mill's traditional yet experimental principles. Eden Mill Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson has incorporated a selection of oloroso hogsheads, pedro ximenez hogsheads, american bourbon barrels, with a cask of chocolate malt spirit and crystal malt spirit to craft our latest Single Malt. 46.5% ABV.

The White Oak Distillery is located in the city of Akashi in the Hyogo prefecture. This distillery received its distillery license in 1919 but only really began using it for whisky in 1984; prior to that it mainly (and still) was used for saké and barley shochu production. White Oak Akashi Red Blended Japanese Whisky is produced from both grain and malt whiskies. A light and fruity drink with hints of almond, peach, and grape.
