Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. The finest Australian sugarcane molasses are mixed with rainwater and small batch fermented, only the softest & finest spirit cuts are copper-pot distilled and charcoal filtered to crystal clarity. The result, a vodka that is exceptionally smooth while retaining some of its natural sweetness.
