Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single-site Yarra Valley vineyard. The wine was aged in both seasoned French barriques and state of the art stainless steel tanks for four months. Pale straw in colour, notes of green apple and citrus with hints of blossom. The palate is generous with firm acidity.

Bay of Fires Pinot Noir is always produced is such limited quantities, you need to get in quick to secure some. It isn't hard to see why Tasmania is quickly gaining a reputation as one of Australia's greatest cool-climate Pinot regions with wines like this Bay of Fires Pinot Noir. Showing ripe cherry, spice and leafy tones with soft, velvety tannins to complete the stylish package.

Since the early 90's, Penfolds have been producing Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. The Chardonnay is elegant with white florals, stone fruits and a great acidity structure. Maturation in French Oak gives the Bin 311 a subtle nutty savoury flavour through and through. A great all season wine for all sorts of occasions.

Moss Wood are not know for their Pinot Noir, however this is a fine a unique expression of region and variety. A fruit bomb of rich and integrated flavours of cherry, spice, charry oak and silky finesse on the finish. The flavours pop and linger in the mouth long after the wine has left it.

The unique terroir consisting of ancient stony soils allow the premier Pinot Noirs from Craggy Range to ripen gradually while still retaining perfect acid balance. This is on show perfectly in the Te Muna Road Pinot Noir that is sourced from the higher terrace on the Te Muna Road Estate which is planted with eight clones of Pinot in more than 40 different parcels. From this eclectic bunch the grapes are hand-picked and fermented naturally before spending eight months in French oak. The result is a Pinot of class and structure; dark and brooding with a texture not dissimilar to silk.

Martinborough some consider to be the true home of New Zealand Pinot Noir, and it's hard to argue when wines like the Martinborough Vineyard Pinot Noir comes along. Lovely medium-bodied characters of asian spice, blackberry and dark cherry complimented by soft, velvet like tannins. A wine of true class that while very enjoyable now, will cellar wonderfully over the next decade.

Central Otago is regarded as the best for NZ Pinot Noir. Ripe bouquet of satsumas, plum & meat. Firm soft tannins.

Since 1884 Beenleigh has been Australia's Rum. Leading the charge yet again with Rums of distinction and quality, the Beenleigh White Rum is matured for a minimum of two years in small ex-brandy vats which gives rise to its distinctive Hazelnut and Vanilla notes. Cloudy Bay has produced a Sauvignon Blanc of vibrant intensity. The characteristically uplifting aromas of kaffir lime, lemon zest and nectarine, with the floral notes of orange blossom on the nose; A weighty texture of ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours balanced by a minerally-citrus acid backbone with a finish that is crisp and clean on the palate. The wine has elegant line and length; refined, fleshy yet focused and refreshing.

Jeff Grosset's Rieslings are amongst the most sought after in Australia. The Polish Hill is superb with intense lingering citrus flavours lively natural acidity and a crisp dry finish. The remarkable think about Jeff's Rieslings are their phenomenal ability to age so very gracefully and will reward the very patient.
