Howard Park Margaret River Chardonnay
The palate exudes fleshy primary fruits, layered with nutmeal, lemon butter and brioche. A chalky, mineral texture and fresh citrus acidity continues the bounce.
Howard Park Miamup Chardonnay
Vibrant in appearance and pale lemon in colour. An array of subtle and intricate notes of dried pear, honeysuckle, lemon /lime citrus oils, peach, minerals, nuts and caramel. Very silky in the mouth with a lemon curd tart zest and richness. The talc-like minerality, fine acidity and guiding oak add length, definition and structure to the palate. This wine is full of mouthwateringly beautiful flavours, great subtlety, finesse and complexity.
Bunkers Honeycombs Chardonnay
Bunkers Honeycombs Chardonnay is a white varietal which has a pale green colour. Its nose gives off lovely aromas of citrus and stone fruit, while its palate tastes of Chardonnay grapes wrapped in a delicate and creamy mid-palate. The process of oak maturation adds texture, complexity and finesse to the palate, which gets balanced by zingy acidic tinges. Its fruity and persistent climax makes it a wonderful food wine, perfect for casual dinner parties with friends and family! Crabs, prawns, pasta and risottos taste great with this elegant Chardonnay.

Amelia Park Chardonnay
It has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear with hints of honey and nougat. This chardonnay is 100% wild fermented and matured in French oak for nine months. The palate is soft with fresh tropical fruit flavours, finishing with citrus and chalky minerality. All three parcels were hand-picked on the same day and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later. Wild fermentation was completed in a barrel and allowed to mature on its own lees for nine months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity. Atticus Finch Chardonnay
Pale yellow youthful green tinges, which I equate with quality young chardonnay. Aromatics are instantly very serious. Intense fruit nectarines and white peaches melding with lemon citrus beautiful French oak hovering just above the wine at the moment intense more than a cursory nod to Burgundy. The tiniest whiff of sulphides perfect for a wine of this age. When sipped, the wine shows its incredible intensity, no doubt derived from the very low yield.
Atticus Premium Museum Chardonnay
Hand Picked Gin Gin clone, the balance of fruit, oak, acidity is so immaculate it is a pointless exercise to try to deconstruct their contributions. However the white peach and pink grapefruit flavours are as clear as a bell on the back palate and aftertaste, the finish fresh and clean. Masterful winemaking
