Sons of Eden Marschall Shiraz
Deep garnet in colour, displaying a mixed array of wildberry and red licorice aromas. The palate is fresh and vibrant, juicy and rounded. A very modern styled Barossa Shiraz, which is delicious drinking now that will mature well for the medium term. A variety of fermentation techniques were utilized, but all involved extended skin contact ranging from 15 to 25 days. A cold soak period of up to 6 days occurred before a natural warming to start the fermentation. Upon completion the ferments were pressed to a mix of new and seasoned oak hogsheads, for malolactic fermentation and maturation.
Peter Lehmann Portrait Rose
The Portrait wines embody the original promise Peter Lehmann made to the growers to make wines that show the true character of the Barossa. Collectively, these wines present a portrait of the region with a selection of the traditional varietals that made it famous. A vivacious wine, with balance and structure, made from dry grown low-yielding bush Grenache and a touch of Shiraz. The colour is a delicate salmon pink with an aroma of early picked raspberries and strawberries. It is a refreshing, dry Rosé style ideal for casual sipping or as an accompaniment to lighter food dishes - served lightly chilled and drink it while it is young and fresh.

Old vine Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro are blended in this elegant wine from South Australias Barossa. Raspberry, violets and rich red fruits play on the palate and make is just right for roast chicken with lots of vegetables.
Turkey Flat Butchers Block Mataro Shiraz Grenache
The Butchers Block is a traditional Barossa blend made with grapes selected from the Turkey Flat vineyards, including some from the original old vine plantings. It is a blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvédre (Mataro). 'Part of the grapes come from the home vineyard that has some of the oldest vines in the Barossa, planted by Peter Schulz's great-grandfather Ernest Schulz. The wine has the drive, focus and intensity often missing from this Barossa blend; that said, there are both black and distinctly red fruit components, and the tannins are firm. Elderton East Wing Barossa Shiraz
A rich, classically styled, medium to full-bodied Shiraz with ample richness, a softly textured supple mouthfeel, and lifted flavours of ripe dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and toasty vanillin oak gliding across the palate.
Pepperjack Sangiovese
A medley of dark red cherry, cranberry and ripe raspberries, warm spice and hints of mocha. The palate is rich and structured showing, bright fruits with silky and plush tannins which give length and finesse while finishing soft and full of flavour.
