The Ile de Ré lies off the west coast of France, in the region of Charente-Maritime. Produced from vineyards justly known as the Bois à terroirs de lIle de Ré, the most westerly part of the Cognac region, Camus Ile de Ré Fine Island Cognac is a voyage of discovery into new and unexpected aromas and flavours.

Starward NOVA is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes. The result is a whiskey of unrivalled richness, complexity and smoothness. Hints of creaminess on the finish round out an true Irish Whiskey of pedigree.

The bouquet is layered with abundant aroma's of plum pudding, cigar box, blackberries & chocolate. It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.
