A full-bodied, soft, thick-set, unapologetically warm-climate shiraz.

Blackberry, milk chocolate, dried herbs and vanilla. A deep core of black and purple fruit is supported by plush tannins with attractive spice and dried herb notes, supple mouthfeel, and charry oak in balance with the sweet fruit.

Sourced from specially selected vineyards in central Barossa Valley around Nuriootpa. Matured for 2 years in 50% new oaks and 50% 1-year-old oaks. Using Mixed French and American Hogshead. Elegant rose and violet nose with bright mulberry and cherry notes. The detailed, balanced and restrained palate shows good depth of fruit flavour while the palate shows subtle tannin and structure. The grapes were left on skins, gently pumped, and then fermented in stainless steel, prior to maturation in French oak barriques. This beautiful Shiraz from Kaesler Wines features a bright purple red colour with deep red hues. The fragrant nose exudes scintillating aromas of blackberries, enhanced by an earthy edge. A sip of the wine reveals fresh and intense flavours of dark fruits and blackberries, accompanied by subtle notes of chocolate, boysenberry and charcoal. These vibrant characters are supported by fine tannins, which end the drink in a soft and juicy finale.
