78 Degrees Australian Whiskey seeks to re-define what Australian whiskey can be. Not just an imitation of imported styles, this is a unique whisky for a unique climate and a unique people. Made using fully traceable, single paddock, GMO-free un-malted South Australian barley, this whiskey is produced with sustainability in mind from the ground up.

The gateway to double cask maturation, Aberlour 12 year old double cask matured has balanced notes of fruits and spices. Golden amber with hints of ruby red. Soft and rounded with fruity notes of red apples. Sherried character and fruity aromas balanced with a rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spices. Warming and lingering with some smoky notes and gentle pepperiness.

Chivas Regal 18 Year Old has been created by using whiskies matured for at least 18 years which has resulted in this very special Whisky. Exceptional richness with aromas of buttery toffee, dark chocolate and dried fruit. Hints of spices and smoke combine to produce a long, warm finish.

Dewars 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky is carefully prepared by putting the whisky back into the cask to mature a second time after blending (double-aging). This method allows all of the older and characterful whiskies to mingle before bottling with resulting flavours of nut and marzipan, to name a few.

Utilising centuries of knowledge and tradition, yet not restricted by it, Starward is the brainchild of David Vitale who set out to harness the very best of Australia's barley, barrels and climate to create the ultimate new world whisky. Artisan Victorian barley is sourced to begin the bespoke process which ends up in aged Australian Apera casks that have been re-coopered, re-toasted and re-sized. With a wholemeal and honey quality to the nose and the odd smoky tangent. A sweet, fruity core and a long round finish. Dalwhinnie has a little bit of everything, peat, honey and backbone. A classic malt for everyone.

Aged for a minimum of 15 years and selectively finished in Grande Champagne Cognac casks, this unique whisky is luxuriously fruity and deliciously sweet.

Laphroaig, founded in 1815 by brothers Donald and Alexander Johnston, has an extremely rich history; neighbourly disputes with Lagavulin and many ownership changes to name a couple. The 10 Year Old Single Malt is Laphroaig's signature malt that is full sparkling gold in colour and has that signature rich smoke and seaweed character with a hint of sweetness. Surprisingly the palate is rich with subtle sweet hints and complex layers of salt and peatiness that evolve on the palate and continue to the long and dry finish.

Taking inspiration from those great Tennessee Whiskeys and Kentucky Bourbons comes Australias first version of a sour mash whiskey. Using a classic grain bill of corn, rye and malted barley, sourced entirely from Western Australia, our full flavoured sour mash is bursting with tones of vanilla, caramel and hazelnuts. This mixed grain whiskey is richly textured with elegant spices and fruit with a smooth creamy finish. Each barrel is hand bottled and numbered in keeping with our small batch tradition.

Established in 1887, Glenfiddich, Gaelic for Valley of the Deer, is one of the few single malt distilleries to remain entirely family owned. The 12 Year Old is their signature expression and is the perfect example of Glenfiddichs unique Speyside style, widely proclaimed as the 'best dram in the valley'. After 12 years of maturation in oloroso sherry and bourbon oak casks, this signature single malt, is the true pioneer of the prestigious single malt category. Sourced and grown in the Adelaide Hills, this is a fine example of how good Chardonnay from this region can be. This is a blend of 3 different cultivars of the Chardonnay grape. Bunch pressed and in part wild fermented. Partial malolactic fermentation imparts further complexity. A beautifully textured and complex wine.
