Hailing from northern Italy, the Lubiana family have been winemakers for generations. Since 1990 Stefano has continued his family's legacy in the pristine vineyards of Tasmania. The fruit for this wine comes from some of the best vineyards in Derwent River. Stefano's care and meticulous attention to detail, result in a wine of both power and elegance.

An enticing wine that will awaken your senses from the very first encounter. Leather, boysenberry and sweet spices combine. The supple palate with its transparent flavours of red fruit and earthy textures leads to a finish that is both balanced and intriguing.

This wine, Freycinet's junior Pinot Noir, reveals liveliness and youthfulness in its colour, aroma and flavours. Similar winemaking techniques are utilized as for their renowned Freycinet Pinot Noir. Fully ripened fruit from their Louis vineyard site is fermented over a 7 to 8 day period in a rotary fermenter. A pure yeast culture is added and the ferment temperature is allowed to peak at 32 degrees. After gently extracting colour, flavour and tannins from the skins the wine is pressed and matured in French oak barriques (8% new) for 12 months prior to bottling.

Josef Chromy Pinot Noir has a richness and wholeness that demands attention. Supple tannins with leather and secondary characters abound. A velvety Burgundian style Pinot Noir, with aromas of red fruits and sweet spice with a full rounded palate of rich dark cherry fruit and a balanced blend of toasty oak.

Pegasus Bay is a small family owned winery producing some of New Zealand's best wines, this Pinot and a stunning Sauvignon Blanc Semillon are amongst them. A deep, compelling and multi-faceted Pinot Noir it displays supple, ripe tannins. Drink now or lay it down.

Mt Difficulty is one of Central Otago's oldest and most prestigious vineyards. Having tamed the rugged region since 1992, Mt Difficulty produce wines of utmost character and charm. This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvýe is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. It's presented with an elegantly crafted closure that can be used as a bottle stopper. The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

Planted in the Southern Victorian cool-climate region of Henty in 1964, the Drumborg Vineyard has become one of Australia's premier vineyards for producing Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. The complex, perfumed nose shows aromas of spiced cherry, toasty oak and complex charcuterie notes. Flavours of sour cherries and redcurrants combine with textural elements and fine, layered tannins with a backbone of spicy well-integrated French oak.
