Hailing from northern Italy, the Lubiana family have been winemakers for generations. Since 1990 Stefano has continued his family's legacy in the pristine vineyards of Tasmania. This Pinot noir is the flagship from Two Paddocks an organically grown barrel selection from the estate properties. As in the vineyard, the wine is hand crafted using traditional methods including a 25% whole bunch indigenous fermentation and hand plunging. Maturation is in French barriques for 11 months, using a mix of older and new (25%) barrels.

Sourced from selected vineyard sites across Tasmania, this Jansz Tasmania Special Release Rosé 2016 is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.

Cambria was originally part of the Tepusquet Vineyard. Planted between 1970 and 1971, this ambitious venture helped establish Santa Barbara County as a world-class wine producing region. The Cambria portion of property was purchased in 1986 by Barbara Banke. Today, Cambria is still 100% family owned and the wines are 100% estate-grown.Ripe blackberry and blueberry flavors are followed by notes of cranberry, cherry and pomegranate. With a balance of earth and baking spice, this wine offers firm tannins and a long finish.
