It was harvested at optimum ripeness and fermented at low temperatures to retain the varietal characteristics. It displays the clean and lifted varietal nose of guava and lemongrass followed by a crisp palate of green apples, stone fruit and rockmelon. A small portion (25%) of this wine completed its fermentation in oak barrels. This has imparted some nutty and honeyed characters to the wine. Well suited to most seafood dishes.
