Henriot Brut Millesime

Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé

Chamapagne Rosé is a true delight to the senses and Billecart-Salmon rightly takes its place in the top echelon. A vibrant Salmon pink colour greets the glass, with a long, smooth, delicate, elegant and refined palate to follow. Without the price tag that others of this quality demand, this is a Champagne that all must enjoy at least once.

Louis Roederer Brut Vintage

This new vintage is fresh and crisp, taut and racy. A fine youthful wine that promises to age gracefully for five to six years. 70% Pinot noir - 30% Chardonnay. One third of the wine is matured in oak casks prior to bottling, after four years on lees, it is disgorged, it sees dosage of 8-10 g/l before another 6 months in bottle prior to release.

Laherte Frères Brut Champagne Non-Vintage

The distinctive, geologically complex terroir of Chavot and the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay in general is very different to the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims areas where our other growers are based, and the style of wine is creamier and with more fruit.

Laherte Frères Blanc de Blancs Nature Champagne Non-Vintage

Laherte Frères Blanc de Blancs Nature is made with the best parcels of Chardonnay (located on the south slopes of Epernay and the Côte des Blancs). This wine is very representative of the purity and the minerality of the Chardonnay.

Billecart-Salmon Vintage Brut

Billecart Salmon is one of the most renowned champagne houses. The dedication to detail and quality sets this producer apart. The blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 27% Pinot Meunier is aged on lees for an impressive nine years and finished with a dosage of 2g/L, offering an extra dry finish.

Frerejean Freres Non-Vintage Rose Blossom Premier Cru

The Frerejean brothers are the latest generation in a line of cannon-makers, who supplied the French army defending the region against the Prussians, during the Napoleonic Wars. Frerejean Frères take a fresh approach to Champagne, which respects traditional methods, but leaves room for innovation. Rooted in the grand cru village of Avize, Frerejean Frères only uses grand cru and premier cru plots from the Côte des Blancs. 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 14% of Pinot Noir vinified. 30% of the reserve wines aged in Argonne oak barrels. The FJF Rosé Blossom Premier Cru is flattering with notes of candied red fruit, blackberries and blackcurrant. The Pinot Noir is expressive; it shows density and minerality with assertive and silky Chardonnay. On the palate, the Pinot Noir has elegant roundness. The aromas of red fruits beautifully intertwine with the toasted aromas of the Chardonnay. This is a Rosé Champagne like no other, a unique representation of the Côte des Blancs.

Billecart-Salmon Brut Blanc de Blanc

This Chardonnay cuvee has been elaborated from five grand cru vineyards of the Cote des Blancs with the blend of this wine coming from two different years. The palate reveals the special qualities of Chardonnay - rich and creamy with buttered brioche. The finish is utterly persistent with a fresh and elegant sweetness.

Besserat De Bellefon Champagne Vintage

The house of Besserat de Bellefon was founded in 1843 near Ay in Champagne, and is now based in Epernay. The hallmark of the house is the lower than normal pressure that the wine is kept at under cork. This lower than normal pressure does not reduce the effervescence, but softens it, allowing the wine to partner better with food. Aspect: Deep, intense yellow Bouquet: Citrus, confits, honey, sweet spice, panettone, praline Palate: Generous freshness, opulence, purity, natural, exceptional Assemblage : Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier.

Veuve Clicquot Non-Vintage Rose

Elegant and fruity, this wine frees the senses, charms the eye and ravishes the palate. Proudly bearing the imperial red signature of Madame Clicquot. It is a delicious rosé Champagne with plenty of character. 'THIS is one of the go-to French brands for a Valentine's moment. It's all about the name, the sunset brushstroke of this rose´ and its abundant presence in the glass. There is a cherry to redcurrant-fruit focus and even a background note of sarsaparilla.' - Herald Sun, Melbourne, 12 Feb 2013
