MUNDA WINES Wagalu Country Chardonnay, Tumbarumba Munda chooses minimal intervention in the winery, and prefers to bottle relatively early to reflect the brightness of their wines. Traditional fermentation in seasoned French oak barriques, with 100% malolactic fermentation, gives a textural and full flavoured wine with aromas of light white stone fruit and white flowers, citrus, beeswax, toasted muesli and nuts, with background exotic spices. One the palate the wine is balanced with fine acidity that gives a focused line to the palate.
