A delicate ‘Provencal’ style rose with wonderful aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus. Cuvee Bijou Terre de Providence has a light, crisp and fresh palate. It is a full-flavoured rose and has a silky, smooth finish.

Although the region has become one of the pricier tourist corners of France, wines like this help us all to enjoy the Côte d’Azur lifestyle from home! It comes from a 17th century estate, just outside the town of Correns, owned by the dapper Monsieur Paul. He has an ideal spot for his vines – an amphitheatre shaped plot, where the chalky stone soils are bathed in sunshine all summer long. Using equal parts of Grenache and Cinsault, gently pressed to extract only a delicate colour, this is a charming rosé – fresh and fruity with delightful, strawberry scented aromas. Enjoy on its own, with olive tapenade or fresh seafood.

The grapes for this sibling to the organic Chardonnay are sourced from Angove's own Organically certified Nanya vineyards and premium certified Organic growers in the Riverland region. De Bortoli La Bohème Pinot Noir Rosé is one of the most beguiling labels on our shelves, and the contents held within are no less intriguiging. A majestic pale salmon colour in the glass is followed by lifted aromas of subtle strawberry and even notes of pomegranate and marzipan. The palate is crisp, yet generous with a superb long length. A wonderful wine to enjoy in the warmer weather or as an aperitif all year round.

Penfolds Maxs Cabernet Sauvignon is a regional blend that gives the wine a fuller more intense mouthfeel. It has rich blackcurrant and toffee-apple like aromas on the nose, followed by dense savoury varietal fruits on the palate. Tannins are firm with subtle oaks leading to a long finish.

The first whiff of this restrained Sauvignon Blanc indicates a departure from the hugely aromatic styles of Marlborough. It has a delicate floral nose with an inkling of Indian spice while the fruit is more stone-fruit than tropical. The palate is elegant, texturally soft with a mouthfeel of freshness and breadth. The cool climate of the Loire produces wines with distinctive freshness, a lean acidity and a spicy or steely spine.

With notes of red fruit and floral notes balancing nicely on the palate, this Pierre Brévin Rosé shows classic Cabernet Franc varietal characteristics with just a slight herbal touch. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.
