With a brilliant colour reminiscent of a Mediterranean sunset, the Fleur de Thym Rose is a true expression of French coastal living. The flavors are balanced by a lively acidity, making it incredibly easy to enjoy and pair widely with the fruits of the sea and other uncomplicated dishes.

A relatively new addition to the Wynns stable to compliment the Coonawarra Cabernet Shiraz Merlot and the Coonawarra Shiraz, The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon brings lovely varietal and regional character in a Cabernet that is approachable on release, but also benefits from a few years in the medium term cellar. According to chief winemaker, Sue Hodder, The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon aims to deliver a leading affordable Cabernet that showcases exceptional varietal and region characteristics of red cherry, mint and dark berry flavours, while an array of gentle tannins will further reward from short to medium term cellaring.

This Clare Valley Cabernet from Taylors shows ample varietal blackcurrant flavour seasoned with some attractive sweet oak. The tannins are firm but nicely in balance.

Chapel Hill's Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb McLaren Vale wine which rivals others well beyond its price range. Generous blackcurrant, dark cherries, cedar and spice mixed in with fine, firm tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now but will continue to improve with a few years in the cellar.

An excellent example of the soft, spicy and very drinkable style which makes Cotes du Rhone so popular. A versatile red which will be most enjoyable served with simple meat based casseroles or cheese.

Lulu le Français is an original creation, inspired by the summer relaxed atmosphere. The brand embodies the South of France way of living, where life is sweet and sunny. From Coteaux d'Aix en Provence, and produced from carefully harvested and gently handled 55% Grenache, 20% Cinsaut, 10% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The result is an ultra pale rosé wine with a nose of elegant small red summer fruits and plenty of refreshing citrus aromas. This wine is vivacious and fresh, with a pleasant complexity. A delicious aperitif, it pairs gracefully with grilled meats, seafood and mediterranean cuisine.

Ruby red with purple hues, with a bouquet of cherries, plums and subtle spice. The wine displays lovely rich, soft berry flavours with hints of cinnamon and vanillin oak.

Leconfield's Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship of Leconfield and a classic Coonawarra Cabernet. Blackcurrant aromas are combined with cedary oak and the palate is laden with sweet berry fruit balanced by fine lingering tannins. Paul Gordon has taken this classic beauty to even greater heights in recent years as its award history can attest.
