Taylors Cabernet Sauvignon

This Clare Valley Cabernet from Taylors shows ample varietal blackcurrant flavour seasoned with some attractive sweet oak. The tannins are firm but nicely in balance.

Mitolo Jester Sangiovese Rose

One of the earliest and most condensed in history thanks largely to a dry and warm growing season. A very wet July was followed by some of the driest spring months on record, led to some great flavour and colour development and the resulting wines are packed with delicious ripe flavours.

Haut-Poitou Ohh Poitou Loire Sauvignon Blanc

Located in the north of Poitierson clayey-limestone soils, Haut-Poitou Sauvignon blanc is a crisp and fresh wine. The nose presents floral and fruity notes very pronounced that are found in the mouth. Served between 8°C and 10°C, it will be appreciated alone as an aperitif or with fish in sauce and seafood. It will also be wonderful with fresh cheeses.

Barkan Classic Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for the fine red wines it produces. Our Galil vineyards in northern Israel yielded rich, ripe Cabernet grapes during the growing season, which led to the production of truly fine wine. The wine displays a deep ruby red colour, a bouquet redolent of spicy berry aromas intermingled with oak and a full rounded body that pairs well with grilled meats and sauces.

Hollick Tannery Block Cabernet Merlot

This wine is classic Coonawarra in style with ripe berry and cassis aromas and flavours layered over fine tannins. Cabernet is the major component and backbone with Merlot adding softness and drinkability.
