Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for the fine red wines it produces. Our Galil vineyards in northern Israel yielded rich, ripe Cabernet grapes during the growing season, which led to the production of truly fine wine. The wine displays a deep ruby red colour, a bouquet redolent of spicy berry aromas intermingled with oak and a full rounded body that pairs well with grilled meats and sauces.

Bernoota was the original name of the Lake Breeze homestead and now the Bernoota Shiraz Cabernet is rightfully considered to be one of Australia's favourite Shiraz Cabernet blends. And they don't come much better than Bernoota for the price! Not only is it rich and luscious, filled with blackcurrant, spice and pepper, it has a touch of dark chocolate on the finish. The 2009 is a 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet blend and spends 20 months in a mixture of French and American Oak that will see the wine not only be enjoyable now, but develop beautifully in the bottle for a further 8 to 10 years.

The vintage gods smiled ever so well on the majority of the vineyard area of South Australia during the 2008 vintage and the result are wines like this little beauty from Jamiesons Run. Sourced from one of France's most underrated Chardonnay appellations comes this delicious white from Limoux. Domaine Astruc has bright gold in colour, this oak-matured Chardonnay from the Languedoc displays rich aromas of hazelnut and cashew. The palate is restrained and textured with citrus flavours and crisp acidity.

La Belle Pierre are contemporary wines from earthy Southern France; grown and cared for traditionally yet they embrace technology in the winery to offer a good quaffing, uncomplicated yet juicy wine.

Located in the north of Poitierson clayey-limestone soils, Haut-Poitou Sauvignon blanc is a crisp and fresh wine. The nose presents floral and fruity notes very pronounced that are found in the mouth. Served between 8°C and 10°C, it will be appreciated alone as an aperitif or with fish in sauce and seafood. It will also be wonderful with fresh cheeses.
