Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia Tequila

Reserva de la Familia is the world's first extra-anejo tequila. It is hand selected from the Cuervo family's private collection. Each bottle is made using only blue agave harvested at its peak maturity after seven to twelve years of growth in the field and aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of three years. Reserva de la Familia is best served in a snifter, allowing for full appreciation of its flavours, aroma, and velvety finish.

Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky

The Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Ancient Reserve is a truly superb single malt aged in Oloroso (Sherry) and Bourbon casks. This has created an amazingly smooth, mellow, and full flavoured whisky.

Bakery Hill Peated Single Malt Whisky

Our Peated Single Malt attracts both peated whisky lovers as well as those previously averse to the heavier smokier elements of single malts. In our Peated expression, rather than overpowering the malt with smoke, the peat acts as a complimentary flavour to the sweet, floral and fresh notes of the spirit. Something to savour and enjoy. Tasting Notes: Nose: A subdued peat aroma combined with natural leather and overtones of kumquat and fruit mince tart. Sweet, but not overly so. Palate: The palate reveals a tobacco leaf earthiness with layer upon layer of complex smoke intermingling with toffee and honeycomb. Lingers on the lips and palate, demanding just one more sip. Finish: Astonishingly long and complex, an exotic mix of experiences. Awards: 2021 Gold Australian Distilled Spirts Awards

Bakery Hill Double Wood Single Malt Whisky

Our Double Wood expression is a reflection of the impact of rich, soft oak on the pure Bakery Hill unpeated new make spirit. Our Classic spirit is initially matured for up to 7 years in American Oak Ex-Bourbon barrels from Jack Daniels, before being transferred to a virgin French Oak ex-wine barrel, shaved back to bare wood, and then given a light toast to highlight the oak itself – rather than any of the previous contents of the barrel. Tasting Notes: Nose: The nose opens with the slightest hint of apricot, coconut and plum, going on to reveal an intermingling of golden syrup and plum pudding warmed by the spicy hint of cloves Palate: Subdued, mouth filling with orange marmalade overtones with the characteristic rich nougat sweetness and well balanced oak Finish: Rounded, well finished and lingering to the very end

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky

Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt. Embodying the 'gentle taste of Islay', Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old is an approachable, welcoming whisky. Ex-sherry cask influence and being non-chill filtered add to the layers of complexity exuding from this premium whisky.

St Agnes XO 15 Year Old Brandy

St Agnes XO Is a silky smooth masterpiece that is a true credit to its makers. Nutty and complex the taste will linger on the palate for longer than you thought possible. Australia's answer to the finest Brandies from around the world.

Nikka Taketsuru Pure Malt Japanese Whisky

Made from the blending of malts from the two distilleries of Yoichi and Miyagikyo, this whisky was the pride and joy of its creator Masataka Taketsuru, founder of Nikka and the father of Japanese Whisky. Light golden honey in colour with candied nuts, walnuts and hazelnuts on the nose as well as delicate and gentle smoke coming through with hay. Forward and straight pallet with juicy mouth feel, yet retaining a very gentle and sophisticated heat. Sweet apricots and peach dominate at first, leading to vanilla and subtle hints of ripe grape. Complex and long on the finish with lingering taste of dry herbs, leather and sweet pastry.

Penfolds St Henri Shiraz

Langton's Classification: Outstanding

Proudly, a wine style that hasn’t succumbed to the dictates of fashion or commerce. St Henri is rich and plush when young, gaining soft, earthy, mocha-like characters as it ages. It is matured in old, 1,460 litre vats that allow the wine to develop, imparting minimal, if any oak character. Although a small proportion of Cabernet is sometimes used to improve structure, the focal point for St Henri remains Shiraz.

Shiraz Cabernet

CELLARING: Made to be enjoyed young, will cellar well for 2-3 years at a minimum. COLOUR: Dark ruby red with purple hues. NOSE: Aromas of black cherry, clove spice with hints of red currants and chocolate. PALATE: Delicious palate of blackberries, dark cherries and chocolate, all married together with savoury oak and spice. FOOD: Enjoy with Harvey River Beef Cheek and roasted beetroots.
