Rizieri Langhe DOC Arneis "Arvià"

The Rizieri Arneis is produced in Sorì del Ricchino, Diano d'Alba. The wine sits on its lees in stainless steel for 3 months prior to bottling. Brilliant straw yellow with delicate green reflections in the glass. Floral and fruity bouquet of acacia flowers, yellow nectarine and melon. Fresh with a pleasant acid cut and great equilibrium between fruit notes and mineral tones on the palate. Arvià in Piedmont dialect means "lively, ready," and can refer to a vivacious and smart kid.

Rizieri Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba

This is produced with grapes from a single vineyard of over 50 years vine age; the ancient clone with the red stem. It is vinified without the use of wood, in full respect of the tradition. Purple-red color with delicate violet reflections. Intense floral and fruity fragrance with enveloping notes of cherries, blackberry jam and violets. Fresh, mineral and super juicy with a typical pleasant almond finish and sweet tannins in the mouth. A very drinkable yet structured Dolcetto, capable also of moderate ageing.

Santa Marta Italian Amaretto Liqueur

Amaretto is an almond-flavoured Italian liqueur. The name amaretto comes from Italian which means " slightly bitter", in references to the distinctive flavour of the almond used in its recipe. It is soft on the palate with a sweet almost marzipan like flavour. Santa Marta Amaretto is made of 100% natural ingredients: an infusion of apricot, cherry and bitter almond stones, toasted cocoa beans, vanilla pods, orange peel and orange blossom. After a short fermentation this infusion is distilled and mixed with natural sugar juice and alcohol. Amaretto can be drunk by itself, added to coffee or used as an ingredient to create fabulous cocktails. It is also commonly used in a number of dishes or desserts. Our recommendation is on the rocks or in the following cocktail. The Amaretto Sour Ingredients 60ml Santa Marta Amaretto 30 ml Lemon Juice 15 ml Egg White 1 dash aromatic Bitters Method Combine all the ingredients except bitters into your cocktail shaker with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled old fashioned glass. Add a dash of bitters. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.

Porta Dante Organic Prosecco

The Porta Dante Organic Prosecco is made from organically grown grapes picked at their peak maturity and vinified at low temperatures in order to preserve the delicate fruit characters. The second fermentation and subsequent resting on the lees require at least 60 days in order to obtain a fine, persistent bead and mouthfeel. A fine effervescent bead and luminescent yellow colour make this an attractive and lively Prosecco. Meticulous winemaking allows the bouquet to fully express itself with attractive stone fruit, ripe golden delicious apples meet citrus and honeysuckle. The palate is pristine, long and cleansing.
