Peos Estate Single Vineyard Four Kings Manjimup Cabernet Sauvignon
Medium to full bodied Single Vineyard Cabernet with a generous mouthfeel, well balanced acidity and fine tannins. Lashings of mulberry and fresh blackberry, dried thyme and other spices. 19 months in barrel, including 27% in new French oak, gives it depth and complexity well beyond what it would go for at RRP. Western Australia's Manjimup wine region benefits from the moderating influence of the Warren River, and the climate has parallels to that of Bordeaux, which makes for excellent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Arlewood Cabernet Sauvignon
Beautifuly crafted Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. With big names like Devils Lair, McHenry Hohnen, & Flowstone as neighbouring vineyards you can expect a lot from Arlewood Cabernet. Wine whisperer Stuart Pym has crafted this pure Cabernet Sauvignon loaded with dusty red cherry and blueberry flavours that hit all the right notes.

Beautifully made.
Voyager Estate The Modern Cabernet Sauvignon
Rosabrook Single Vineyard Estate Cab Sauv
Deep purple red colour, the nose is aromatic and lifted with a briar-like quality. The palate is structured and tight but with no meanness or austerity. There is great length of flavour with a nice structured finish and a spade of good natural grape tannins.
Cherubino Caves Road Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep Woods Single Vineyard Cabernet Malbec
Inky dark red/purple in colour. The nose is redolent with rich plums, dark fruits and warm spices, layered and complex. The palate is plush and generous and exhibits amazing length with detailed tannin structure. This super fine structure frames mulberry and blackberry fruits that cascade across the palate with wonderful exuberance and persistence. James Halliday Winemaker Of The Year 2019.
Cullen Cabernet Merlot
Cullen, world famous for their Diana Madeline Cabernet Merlot, have introduced another Cab Merlot, a distinguished offshoot of the Langton's classified Diana Madeline. Majority Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and touch of Petit Verdot gives the wine a luscious, bright cherry flavour with red berries playing their part. Aged in French oak, 40% of which was new, for one year. Delicious to serve with veal, lamb or beef today, but will also reward up to 10 years in the cellar.
