Appleton Signature is a flagship product of the Estate's Jamaica Rum Family. It is a Blended Rum, which means it is a combination of several rums of different styles and ages and does not have an age statement. Appleton Signature is made up of 15 different select aged rums, capturing the best of each styles.

Located in the heart London's old spirits industry, East London Liquor Company is an independent British distillery and the first to make spirits in East London for 100 years. Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. We've left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.
