Christian Drouin Sélection Calvados

St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

An exquisite concoction made from handpicked elderflowers blossoms from France. A seductive bouquet introduces a soft, floral sherbet lemon, pear and passionfruit style liqueur that's integrated, harmonious and beautifully balanced. A near perfect very special liqueur.

Citadelle Jardin D'ete (Summer Garden)

It is summer in a bottle. This artisanal dry gin is inspired by the fruits and flowers of the garden of Château de Bonbonnet in France. Imagine it as a sensory postcard of the place, bearing accents of the garden fruit: whole lemon, Charentais melon flesh, yuzu and orange peel. And to round it off, juniper berries cultivated by hand from the orchard out front. The gin is a blend of 22 botanicals, which are distilled at low temperature to intensify the freshness of the fruit. Each botanical is infused for a different length of time, and then distilled in small copper pot stills. Drink it neat, on the rocks, with sparkling water, or make a cocktail with tonic, lemon zest and a lemon peel twist.

Mythe Absinthe

Absinthe has a long and illustrious history that is intertwined with prohibition during the time of World War 1 when Absinthe was outlawed. A lot of intense research has been undertaken by the Distillerie des Terres Rouges to revive this ancient liqueur which has been carried out with the highest respect for its old traditions. Mythe is distilled with aniseed, badiane, vervain, hyssop, and, of course, wormwood which produces a full, layered bouquet that is then followed by a balanced palate. The distinctive bitterness of the wormwood makes its presence known, but doesn't overwhelm the other botanicals. Best served in the traditional manner with 20mL poured into a glass followed by placing a sugar cube on an Absinthe spoon above the liqueur before pouring 100mL of cold water over the sugar. Enjoy the aromas and flavours that have long been forbidden.

Vedrenne Pages Salers Aperitif Gentiane

Vedrenne Salers Gin

Unique association of 11 botanicals including the gentian root cultivated in the Massif Central, gin is distilled in small batches, in a bain-marie in the historic stills of the Gentiane SALERS. This slow distillation at low temperature preserves all the delicacy of the aromatics. The bitterness of the gentian is thus erased to extract the floral expression of its original terroir. Tasting Notes: Nose: Intense with notes of citrus and cardamom enhanced by notes of juniper. Its Flavour: Spicy finish of pepper, ginger and gentian.

Tempus Fugit Tempus Fugit Liqueur de Violettes

Hand made in Switzerland using the finest French violets, traditionally hand-harvested in the sunny and historic Côte d'Azur amongst the myriad of precious flowers cultivated in the region for the world's finest perfumes. This elegant elixir has a lower sugar content than the heavier 'crème'-style violet cordials, which more intensely highlights its delicate floral aromatics.
