Elegant and medium bodied, Indigene by Spinifex is a Shiraz Mataro blend typically displaying ripe red and black complemented by forest floor and savoury undertones hinting of the Old World. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards averaging in age between 60-100 years, providing the blend with impressive intensity and depth of flavour. Following traditional vinification, the wine is aged in seasoned French oak.

St Hallett's Blackwell is big Shiraz for the lovers of ripe concentrated fruit and a generous measure of vanillin oak. A classic regional style, enjoy this beauty with robust beef or game dishes.

Teusner Albert Shiraz is made from old vines in the northern Barossa; rich black fruits and tarry cassis with smoky undertones, the finish is long and luscious. Could easily be cellared for the medium term.

The Navy Strength Gin offers the front palate of a full bodied and flavoursome GIN with characters of black olives, bergamot & orange peel and fragrant spices, with little heat and long-lasting flavour. The Penfolds Bin 150 Marananga Shiraz is a relatively new addition to the Penfolds stable, sourced from the Barossan sub-district, Marananga. Simply a revelation, this wine is an inky, black beast in the glass with lashings of dark chocolate and coffee accented fruit, yet this years offering shows a lingering, soft structured finish that will see the wine cellar very nicely.

Greenock Creek Jaensch Block Shiraz The two parcels are blended to produce a deeply coloured, powerful wine with great ‘flavour drive’ down the palate. The parcel from the lower section produces flavours more in the blue fruit flavour spectrum with silky tannin and gamey/meaty undertones. The structure of wine from the upper section is more intense and savoury spiced.
