Elegant and medium bodied, Indigene by Spinifex is a Shiraz Mataro blend typically displaying ripe red and black complemented by forest floor and savoury undertones hinting of the Old World. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards averaging in age between 60-100 years, providing the blend with impressive intensity and depth of flavour. Following traditional vinification, the wine is aged in seasoned French oak.

Teusner Albert Shiraz is made from old vines in the northern Barossa; rich black fruits and tarry cassis with smoky undertones, the finish is long and luscious. Could easily be cellared for the medium term.

The Navy Strength Gin offers the front palate of a full bodied and flavoursome GIN with characters of black olives, bergamot & orange peel and fragrant spices, with little heat and long-lasting flavour. Clean Finish Adding the Gin into a French Barrique barrel for 2- 3 months which originally had our 100-year-old Shiraz stored, it has extracted the elegance of fine shiraz notes of mulberry, plum and spiced fruit cake characters. With a rich Ruby colour when adding your favourite mixer this shows a vibrant Pink Diamond colour

The 2003 Seven Acre Shiraz displays typical flavours of plum, blackberry with slight hints of pepper and dark chocolate. The lacy tannin structure balances the wine tremendously and really reminds you why Greenock Creek are producing some of the world's best wines.

Greenock Creek Jaensch Block Shiraz The two parcels are blended to produce a deeply coloured, powerful wine with great ‘flavour drive’ down the palate. The parcel from the lower section produces flavours more in the blue fruit flavour spectrum with silky tannin and gamey/meaty undertones. The structure of wine from the upper section is more intense and savoury spiced. Originally an Apricot Orchard and re planted with Shiraz vines in 1974. Hence the name Apricot Block. Totally opaque black crimson colour. Superb pronounced nose , with flavours of plum., spice and black pepper. The palate is mouth filling flavours of plum, blackberry. pepper and dark chocolate. Fine grained tannins perfectly balanced. Very long aftertaste. of black pepper , plum and blackberry.

Sourced from specially selected vineyards in central Barossa Valley around Nuriootpa. Matured for 2 years in 50% new oaks and 50% 1-year-old oaks. Using Mixed French and American Hogshead. Elegant rose and violet nose with bright mulberry and cherry notes. The detailed, balanced and restrained palate shows good depth of fruit flavour while the palate shows subtle tannin and structure. Great with any meat or just drink by itself. Drink now or age for 5 - 10 years.
