Manser Block 4 Shiraz
This is the sixth release of this wine and it's richness is again on display. This is rich, ripe, Hills shiraz looking a lot like the 'Vales. A very classy wine that demands decanting to enjoy now but will offer improvement over the next 10-20 years.

One for cellar or decant now for an hour before serving.
Mt Lofty Ranges Vine Aspire Gamay
This Gamay is a vibrant, expressive wine that strikes an exceptional balance between savoury nuance and bright fruit character. From the first sip, it takes you on a journey, opening with tart red fruits, sour cherry and rhubarb, then transitioning thorugh a mid palate of fresh acidity, subtle herbaceous notes, and a savoury thread, indicative fo a cool vintage. The finish reveals a smoky, toasting depth with whispers of cured meats and charcuterie, adding intrigue and complexity. With its light to mid palate weight and a gentle touch of French oak, this Gamay is both refined and effortlessly drinkable, versatile, food-friendly and full of personality.
