This village Vosne-Romanée shows all the typicity expected of its commune with beautiful ripe cherry strawberry perfume, lovely weight and mouth-feel and abundant fine discrete tannins. Matured in 30% to 40% new French oak barrels, it has the concentration and structure to cellar gracefully for many years.

Wilder, fleshier with more grip and structure, the Las Lamas is sourced from a steep south-facing sloped vineyard at 730m altitude. The biodynamic single vineyard has vines averaging in age between 50-90 years anchored on minerally schist and clay soils. Fermentation takes place in small foudres and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered after 14 months' maturation in French oak of various ages.
