This smooth Shiraz had juicy blueberry and plum aromas, with hints of raspberry on the nose. Across the palate, it has vibrant blue fruits, finishing with plush velvety tannins.

This wine is complex, fruit driven and smooth with hints of strawberries and raspberries with notes of spices. Deep ruby-red in colour, it is the ideal accompaniment to roasted or grilled meats such as beef or venison, as well as hard cheeses such as cheddar and parmesan. Team up at a bbq with friends. Shingleback Red Knot Shiraz has beautiful layers of dark fruits and soft earthy chocolate aromas on the nose. The Subtle savoury oak and chewy fruit tannins gives a nice structure to the wine. This will be a rewarding wine with careful cellaring, ensuring longevity.
