Risky Business Pinot Gris

Risky Business Pinot Grigio

Billy Button Pinot Gris

Billy Button Gruner Veltliner

Pizzini il Soffio King Valley Prosecco

This wine is a light straw colour with lime hues. The nose explodes from the glass with sweet sherbet, lemon, lime and jasmine aromas. Yeasty and earthy characters add complexity, with added brioche notes. The palate is creamy and refreshing zingy with lemon, lime acidity. The wine has lovely length and softness with a touch of sweetness but a long dry finish. Serve with Sydney rock oysters or lightly grilled scallops topped with lemon zest.

Weathercraft Beechworth Pinot Gris

Crafted from 100% Beechworth fruit, with wild yeast fermentation and extended lees contact to enhance texture and mouthfeel. Some casual time in (seasoned) oak imbues savouriness and an added layer of complexity to the wine. The result is a zesty, dry Gris that is enjoyably easy to drink any time of year.

Santa & D’Sas Pinot Grigio

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. Pear, green apple and lime aromas mix with some flinty mineral notes. Light and racy across the palate, green pear, Granny Smith apple and lime fruits are underpinned by crunchy acidity. Finishes dry with some flinty mineral infusions lingering on the refreshingly crisp aftertaste. Drink over the next 1-2 years. Alc. 12.8%

CLAYPOT WINES TAURIAN FRIULANO

Redbank Elevage King Valley Prosecco Non-Vintage

Aromas of pear, green apples, peach skin and mint with faint hints of musk, bee's wax, fennel, almond and star anise. The palate is fresh and light with flavours of crisp green apples, lemon, pepper tree, grapefruit and green herbs straight from the garden. Delicately sweet, balanced with crisp natural acidity and the trademark Prosecco phenolics - slightly chalky, mineral and a little savoury. This leaves the palate feeling refreshed; the perfect wine to serve as an aperitif.

Santa & D'Sas ish Fiano

On the nose it displays aromas of hazelnuts, guava and subtle marjoram spice. Wrapping around a core of chalky minerality are flavours of nectarine, guava and melon. Bringing it all together is a lemon pith, bitter almond character that complements the wickedly savoury and textured finish.
